Bookkeeping Programs
We offer a wide variety of Bookkeeping options. To assist visitors to our website, we have
created a matrix with various functions and where those functions would be found in our pricing
structure. Additional details of each pricing item follows the matrix and will better explain our
pricing scenario's.

Basic - Data entry of client provided data (checks, deposits), bank reconciliation(s), and
basic financial statements. Our lowest priced option.
Premium - All of the "Basic" functions with the addition of payroll reporting and/or 1099
reporting.
Custom - Services provided based on specific client needs. Can include client customer
invoicing, job costing, ongoing ratio analysis, collections, Payables/Receivables
monitoring.
Client Review - Client inputs all raw data on their computer / software and provides data
electronically to Cowtown. We then perform bank reconciliations, analysis, quarterly
reporting, etc.

Basic Bookkeeping Program - $99 / Month and up
($99 covers the first 40 transactions, additional transactions are $1.25)
Our basic program is designed for the business owner with a simple business set-up that does not
have their own set of books already set-up. This owner does not have any employees, uses cash
deposited as income, and is not liable for state sales tax. Additionally, the owner does not want or
need compiled financial statements generated by a CPA. Income tax can be added to the monthly
fee or determined at the end of the year.
With this service, we provide data entry of checks, cash and credit card payments, deposits, a
monthly bank reconciliation; and basic financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet).
Our clients will typically provide the following:
Check register
Bank statement (or authorize access to online banking)
Credit card receipts
Cash payment receipts
($99 covers the first 40 transactions, additional transactions are $1.25)

Client Review Program
Many businesses keep their own set of records but still want an independent review of
their transactions. At a minimum we will review your Quickbooks transactions and
perform bank reconciliations. At the clients' request, we can also perform any of the
functions listed above. Because each client's needs are different, we are unable to
